About the event
Whether it's your first IEP meeting or your tenth, or you are requesting that your child be evaluated for an IEP, the experience can be stressful. Do you understand the process? Do you forget the concerns you want to address with the team when you feel overwhelmed? How do you keep track of all the decisions and discussions? This workshop will help you understand your role, rights and responsibilities in the IEP process, allowing you to prepare and be a participant in the IEP team meeting. You will also receive a workbook about IEP’s.
