The Utah Parent Center is excited to bring you and your transition-aged child a series of 3 FREE classes to help with their transition to adulthood.
Attendance with your child is encouraged!
At age 14, students with disabilities are considered ‘transition aged’ and will begin transitioning toward adult life. In this in-depth three-class series, learn with your youth in this series about all things transition related.
