About the event

Alpine October Parent Night - Impulse Control

Description:

Tools to Recognize Impulses and Get Control. Some children struggle to slow down enough to think through an urge to do something. They feel an urge to act and before they, or anyone else know it, they’ve acted out in spite of predictably negative consequences. This Parent Night will focus on ways to help children recognize impulses, develop plans for slowing down their reaction to them, and become motivated to practice those skills.

Time:

Oct 29, 2020 06:30 PM in Mountain Time (US and Canada)
