Transition University: Fall Series

Description:  Transition starts at 14 years old or earlier. The more you do now, at a younger age the more your student will be prepared for life after school. We will be discussing the little steps you can take now to make a big difference in your child’s future success. Please join us for 3 interactive discussions focused on your student and their needs. Attend all or just one of the workshops in our Fall Series:  November 5th: Daily Life and Community Living & Healthy Living and Safety November 12th: Transition from School to Adult Life & Employment November 19th: Supported Decision Making and Guardianship & Self-Advocacy, Social Life and Spirituality   Parents, Self-Advocates, Family Members and Professionals are all invited and welcome to attend. Presented by the Utah Parent Center's Transition University Project in partnership with the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council.
